PM Narendra Modi Addresses the historical Centenary Convocation of the University of Mysore

Mysuru: Skilling, reskilling, and upskilling are needs of the day and national education policy focuses on it and efforts are being made at all levels to make India a global hub for higher education, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Prime Minister explained this while addressing the historical Centenary Convocation of the University of Mysore via video conference on Monday.

In the convocation, Prime Minister laid emphasis on National Education Policy and its reach. He said, “ National Education Policy (NEP) is a huge campaign to bring fundamental changes to the entire education setup of the country, from pre-nursery to Ph.D. In order to make the youth of our country more capable and competitive, the focus is on a Multidimensional Approach”.

PM Modi further said, “in the last six years a new IIT has been opened every year and 7 new IIMs have been installed in the last 5 to 6 years. More than 15 AIIMS have been established in the country after 2014. Moreover, efforts to enhance higher education in the last 5 to 6 years are not limited to opening new institutes, but also to ensure reform to be made in government to gender and social participation”.

The Prime Minister said, “Even after so many years of independence, there were 16 IITs in the country before 2014. On average, a new IIT has been opened every year in the last six years. One IIT opened in Dharwad in Karnataka. In the subsequent 5 years, 16 IITs will be built.”

The Prime Minister connected with the students through the virtual mode from New Delhi where he spoke about NEP, new IIMs, the opening of new higher institutes, etc.

Narendra Modi made references to Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar, M.Vishweshwaraiah, and National Poet Kuvempu during his address and wished that their vision should be an inspiration in building a New India.

The Deputy Chief Minister Dr. C.N.Ashwatha Narayana who is also the minister of Higher Education attended the occasion physically and awarded convocation certificates to the students.

The convocation was vertually attended by the Karnataka governor Vajubhai Vala. Prof.G.Hemantha Kumar, The Vice-Chancellor of the University along with other dignitaries including members of the syndicate and the academic council, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, statutory officers, district officers, and students and parents are prrlesented

The University also conferred the honorary doctorate on Infosys Foundation chairperson and author Sudha Murthy during the convocation.

The address was streamlined live on the official website of the University along with its Youtube channel and Facebook page for the audience at Crawford Hall in the administrative block.

Mysuru: The government of Karnataka has responded in affirmative to support the skanray healthcare Company of Mysuru which had sought help to provide telemedicine facilities to villages of the state during the crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Deputy Chief Minister Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana who is also the minister of IT, BT, and S&T, confirmed this to the reporters while visited the Company on Monday and held talks with senior officials of the company with regard to facilitating telemedicine facility to villages of the state.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that the government was also keen on providing telemedicine service to the people of remote areas and this would be implemented in collaboration with the department of information technology.

COVID 19 has disrupted all the systems including that of the health sector. The company had sought the support of the state government to provide technology-aided medical facilities and to set up a Tele-Command Center in collaboration with KEONICS. On behalf of the government I have assured the company of extending all possible help in this regard, he stated.

The telemedicine system would work effectively even during the odd times of natural calamities and pandemic situations such as COVID 19 and the present scenario demands the application of technology along with the expertise in the field of health, the deputy chief minister opined.

Atmanirbhar in handling COVID-19
Ashwatha Narayana further said that the government of Karnataka was handling the pandemic situation very efficiently and there was no scarcity of any sort and all the necessary items including facemasks, sanitizers, ventilators, test kits, PPE kits, etc were being manufactured locally as per the call of Atmanirbhar by Prime Minister

Skanray is a front runner in health technology and is one of the leading companies in manufacturing ventilators. The government had placed an order for 1 lakh ventilators to this company and out of these 35,000 ventilators have already been supplied well before the timeline. The remaining is also be expected to be supplied soon, he informed.

This is an easy task to be achieved. Many countries of the world have not been able to achieve self-reliance even 8 months after the outbreak of the pandemic. But India has been able to achieve this and it is a matter of pride that our CORONA mitigating products are even reaching foreign countries, he explained.

During the visit, Ashwatha Narayana had a glimpse of more than 50 medical products which the company has been engaged in developing and manufacturing. In particular, he appreciated the” Scan Life” equipment which would make it possible to conduct all the required tests and is expected to come to the market soon.

Vishwaprasad Alwa, Managing Director, SkanRay, Smt Meena Nagaraj, Director, The Department of Information Technology, S.N.Siddaramappa, Managing Director, KEONICS, other experts and officials were present.

ಗುರ್ಜಾಪೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ನದಿ ಪಾತ್ರದಿಂದ ಎತ್ತರದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಇದೆ, ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ, ಮಳೆ, ಪ್ರವಾಹದಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಭಾರಿ ಗುರ್ಜಾಪೂರು ಸೇರಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳು ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಎದುರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಅರಿಶಿಣಿಗೆ, ಡಿ.ಡೋಂಗರಾಪೂರು, ಅತ್ಕೂರು, ಬೂರ್ದಿಪಾಡು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನದಿ ತೀರದ ಜನರು ತೀವ್ರ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಎದುರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಭೀಮಾ ನದಿಗೆ ೮ ಲಕ್ಷ ಕ್ಯೂಸೆಕ್ ನೀರು ಹರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟçದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಿರಬಹುದು, ಅವರು ನೀರಿನ ಹರಿವಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಮಪರ್ಕವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನಿಖರವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಈ ವೇಳೆಗಾಗಲೇ ನೀರು ಹರಿದು ಬರಬೇಕಿತ್ತು, ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟçದ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸಚಿವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟçದ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೀರು ಹರಿಸುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಳೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನೆರೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವಿವಿಧೆಡೆ ಬೆಳೆಹಾನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾನಿ ಕುರಿತು ಕಂದಾಯ, ಕೃಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಜಂಟಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಗತಿಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಭತ್ತ, ಹತ್ತಿ ಬೆಳೆ ನಾಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಪುನರ್ ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜನರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಹಿಂದೇಟು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗುರ್ಜಾಪೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆಂದರು.

ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರು ಗುರ್ಜಾಪುರ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರ ಅಹವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಮಳೆ, ಪ್ರವಾಹದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹಾನಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕರೆಕಲ್ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆ ಹಾನಿ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು.

ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಆರಂಭ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ: ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ, ಅ.19: ಸೋಗಾನೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ಅಂತ್ಯದ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದು 2022ರ ಜನವರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ವಿಮಾನ ಹಾರಾಟ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಅವರು ಸೋಮವಾರ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ 2050 ಮೀಟರ್ ರನ್ ವೇ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಏರ್ ಬಸ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ವಿಮಾನಗಳು ಇಳಿಯಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ರನ್ ವೇ ಉದ್ದವನ್ನು 3200 ಮೀಟರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ 75 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣವನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಪಡಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಸಹ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾದ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ವೇಗ ದೊರಕುವುದನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲು ಇದು ಪೂರಕವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಬಿ.ವೈ.ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಎಸ್ಪಿ ಶಾಂತರಾಜು ಮತ್ತಿತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಸದ ಪ್ರತಾಪ್ ಸಿಂಹ ಅವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸಭೆಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಪುರಸ್ಕøತ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಕುರಿತು ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಂಗ್ ರೋಡ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬಳಿ ಅತೀಯಾಗಿ ಕಸವನ್ನು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂತವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಶಿಸ್ತುಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಪಂಚಾಯತ್‍ನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಿ.ಭಾರತಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಕಸ ಹಾಕಲು ಬದಲಿ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ 15ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 69 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅನುದಾನ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಶೇ. 25 ರಷ್ಟು ಕಸ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಶೇ. 25 ರಷ್ಟು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಬೇಕು. ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‍ಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡದೆ ಅಮೃತಯೋಜನೆ, ಕೆಸರೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರಣ್ಯಪುರಂ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಯನಕೆರೆ ಪ್ಲಾಂಟ್‍ಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಕೇಸರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 250 ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ 8 ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್‍ಫರ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕು ಆದರೆ ಇಂದು 4 ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್‍ಫರ್‍ಗಳು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿವೆ, ಉಳಿದ 4 ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್‍ಫರ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಚೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ರಿಂಗ್ ರೋಡ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಡಾಂಬರೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ 160 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಈ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂದರು.

ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.50 ರಷ್ಟು ಬೆಡ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಬೇಕು. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿಗದಿತ ದರಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ದರವನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಕಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಇಂತವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ಅಮರನಾಥ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯು ಲಲಿತ ಮಹಲ್ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಟ್ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ ಇದು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಕ್ರಮ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ಕ್‍ಲ್‍ಗಳು, ವೃತ್ತಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸಾಧಕರ ಹೆಸರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರ ಹೆಸರು ಹಿಡುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ, ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಂಸದ ಪ್ರತಾಪ್ ಸಿಂಹ ಅವರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ರೋಹಿಣಿ ಸಿಂಧೂರಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಲೆ ಹಾಕಿದರು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ರೋಹಿಣಿ ಸಿಂಧೂರಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಲಾಕ್‍ಡೌನ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಲ್ಯವಿವಾಹಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಕೆ.ಪದ್ಮ ಅವರು ಲಾಕ್‍ಡೌನ್ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 150 ಬಾಲ್ಯವಿವಾಗಳು ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 20 ಕ್ಕೆ ಎಫ್.ಐ.ಆರ್ ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಇದೇವೇಳೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‍ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಬಿ.ಸಿ ಪರಿಮಳಶ್ಯಾಂ, ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಗೌರಮ್ಮ ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‍ನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಬಿ.ಭಾರತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರ ಮೊದಲ ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗಿಂತ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಸೂಯೆ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ. ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಮುಗಿಸೋದೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮೊದಲ ಅಜೆಂಡಾ ಅಂತಾ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ರು.

ಆರ್.ಆರ್. ನಗರ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಪರ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಜೆಂಡಾವನ್ನು ಎಳೆ ಎಳೆಯಾಗಿ ಬಿಡಿಸಿಟ್ರು. 2004 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹುಮತ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜೊತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ವಿ.ಆದರೆ,‌ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಾದ್ರೂ ಸಂಪುಟ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನ ಜನತೆ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಜಾತ್ಯಾತೀತ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಇತ್ತು. ಅಂದೆ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಮುಗಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದರು. ಅದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜೊತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚನೆಗೆ ಅಷ್ಟಾಗಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಬ್ಬ ಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಿ ನಾನು ಕಣ್ಣೀರು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೆಅಂತಾ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಿಡಿಕಾಡಿದ್ರು.

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ನರ್ ಅಂತಾ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರಮಾಡ್ತಿದಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಸಲ್ಲದ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮತದಾರರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ದೇವೇಗೌಡರ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನ ಯಾರೂ ಹಣದಿಂದ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವು ಧೈರ್ಯವಾಗಿರೋದು. ಐಟಿ, ಇಡಿ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ಹೆದರಿ ಕೂತಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವೇ ಹೊರತು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲಎಂದು ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಗೆ ಟಾಂಗ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ರು.

ಕುಟುಂಬ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡ್ತಾರೆ, ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರ, ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸಹೋದರರು, ಡಿಕೆ ಸಹೋದರರು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕುಟುಂಬ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯಾಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ವಾ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ರೇವಣ್ಣ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ವಾ. ನಮ್ಮಕುಟುಂಬದ ಮೇಲೆ ಧೂಷಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಬಿಡಿ ಎಂದರು.
